"Anush and his team were absolutely amazing, and our porch turned out better than we expected thanks to his ideas/recommendations. The attention to detail/pride they take in their work truly stand out and far exceeded our experiences with contractors in the past. One of my favorite parts is how much I genuinely love coming home now. It completely changed the look and feel of the front of our house, and every time I pull into the driveway it makes me happy to see it. I will absolutely be recommending AVSTEP to anyone planning renovations or building a home. We already have several more projects planned for our house in the coming months, and without question we’ll be using Anush and his team again. It’s such a great feeling to know we now have a contractor we genuinely trust and can confidently call whenever we need work done. Even our neighbors have been commenting on how beautiful the front of our house looks and what an incredible job they did. Below are the before and after pictures"

"It went very well. Inson always focused on the highest quality products that would fit the design. Also tried to get each item at the better price. Additionally he was meticulous with the project and **** ** the vendors to make no mistakes and focus on a quality outcome. Finally Inson and his team were diligent to make sure everything was constructed in the right manner. In our case the proper wiring and safest plumbing. Always relied on master builders and plumbers who new what they were doing. The final outcome was above expectations. I would keep in mind any project like ours will cost money - we spent extra with Inson but in the end it was the right thing to do and well worth it."

"Completed a precise mold assessment, remediation and thorough clean up. Thank you for all your help. Would definitely book again ."

"Matt built a sunroom addition for us. We met many contractors before finalizing with Matt and we surely feel good about our decision. Matt's best quality is his flexibility. He wants his customer to be satisfied and happy with the project. He is very energetic and shows care and respect to customer's requests. He is very detailed on his quote. Though all may not finish per the details (in the quote), it is built well and per the code. Matt is personable and will spend time with you explaining and answering questions. His crew is professional, he may though hire helpers for smaller tasks of the project. His framing team is excellent. In terms of timeline, these projects always take longer than planned. Most of the delays are due to scheduling township inspections (and re-inspections). Expect some delays due to Matt's team availability due other projects they are trying to finish. I am very pleased working with Matt for our sunroom project. I highly recommend him."

"Very friendly, responsive, and fast. Will work with you to achieve project within budget."

"Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."

"I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the exceptional work done by MF Builders on our recent home addition project. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The professionalism exhibited by MF Builders and their team was unparalleled. They were punctual, courteous, and truly listened to our needs and desires for the project. Their communication throughout the entire process was clear, prompt, and transparent, leaving us feeling confident and well-informed every step of the way. The quality of craftsmanship delivered by MF Builders was simply impeccable. Every detail of the home addition, from the structural integrity to the finishing touches, was executed with precision and care. It's evident that they take great pride in their work, and it absolutely shows in the final result. If you're in search of a contractor who delivers nothing but the best, look no further than MF Builders."

"I hired this company to remodel 2 bathrooms. From the time John, the owner, came out to give me an estimate until the the job was completed, he demonstrated professionalism as did his workers. He was fair and honest. They went above and beyond what I envisioned and paid close attention to detail. They showed up everyday on time and put a full days work in until the job was done. I am so happy with my new bathrooms. Everyone that visits comments on how beautiful they came out. If I ever need anything else done in my home, this is the company I will use. I highly recommend this company. You wonà ¢à  à  t be disappointed!!"

"Awesome! They showed up when they said they would. Completed the floor when theysaid they would and charged what they agreed to in the beginning!"

"Hiring Boan Built was the best decisions I have ever made. From day one of Scott coming to give me an estimate to the final day of final touches it was amazing. There was never a day I didnâ t know what was going on. I did a major kitchen renovation, removed all the flooring in the entire house and did all new electric. Living through a renovation is always arduous but this was not. He finished the job exactly when he said and his attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend this company to do any and all your projects. 5 stars is not enough to show how happy I am with the result. Thank you for making my dream a reality. I absolutely love it."
