"Tony performed diagnostics and determined that a new fan motor was needed. UPDATED AS OF 08/07/2020: They replaced central A/C moto, it went very good. Sorry that Tony P. had to endure the 90 degree temperature."

"The installation went well. The crew arrived on time and completed the job on schedule. Included was a one year guarantee on labor and 5 years on the unit. The price was fair. We will use the company again for future jobs."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful and well-trained professionals. They serviced my appliances and solved my issues on the same day whereas other service companies would not. Liv Air is the best HVAC service provider and I highly recommend their services."

"The installation went very well. The installation team, Rabi, Moe, and Murad, did an excellent job. They were hard working, courteous, respectful of us and our property. They explained the steps for the work carefully and involved us in decision making for several steps of the process. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They were with us for four days and each day they provided the same level of service. Our case manager, Rachael, kept us informed each step of the way. She answered questions quickly. Good experience. I would hire them again."

"My old AC was on its last legs so I received quotes from a few different companies including FS. FS provided the best value for the equipment I wanted. Throughout the process Greg returned every call timely and answered every question I had. Greg and his associates worked their tails off on an above garage install. Great people and company to work with. They have a new permanent customer."

"Very professional installation. Was done in a timely fashion and the crew was very professional and clean. Huge difference in the comfort of our home now."

"The Project was completed on time with no issues and Art kept me informed on progress along the way. The installers were courteous and thorough and did a great job. I'd recommend this company for A/C system replacement."

"Responsive to phone and email. Installer worked neatly, and knew exactly how to do the job. Checked out every supply register when done"

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."
