"D’s Fencing, LLC was professional. He replaced a wood stockade fence with vinyl privacy fence to be meet an existing vinyl fence. The labor went smoothly despite some pandemic shutdown delays. Mr Williams attention to detail is impeccable. He adjoined the new vinyl to the old vinyl and it looks amazing. I am highly satisfied. I would recommend highly."

"The job went very well and looked better than I imagined. I had a traditional pressure treated deck that was built 25 years ago. Maintenance was a nightmare to the point I stained the deck a solid color. This needed to be freshened up every couple of years. I tired of doing this chore so I contacted several contractors. Those contacted were not very enthusiastic and submitted extremely high bids without explaining exactly what materials they were using or a plan of attack. Brian of Carls Decking came with samples, brochures and a no nonsense explanation of what needed to be done to put me” in my happy place.” Brian inspected the frame and found it to still be level and in good shape. He suggested a total rip off of the planks and replacement of steps deck boards and railings. He even obtained the railing permit and made sure final inspection was handled. Pricing to do this type of renovation is not cheap but the final result was worth every penny! The crew that Brian sent over did an amazing job! "Don Liberti is very professional and honest. He was very responsive to all of my concerns and gave us a reasonable quote. Unfortunately, because of weather, I had to wait a number of months for his services. However, once he was able to start, his crew finished quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. He replaced some of my dead bushes and cut back all of the existing bushes. He also added stone where necessary. He was able to come up with an idea to prevent the washing away of stone in the future. He landscaped around my patio and added a few plants without any additional costs to me. We liked him so much that he will continue to maintain my landscaping going forward."

"There arenâ t enough compliments we can give the John Millett Construction LLC. We had contacted Angiâ s list requesting quotes from construction companies that would rebuild our front porch. John Millett reached out to us and with a very reassuring voice said he would be out the next day to give us an estimate. We had previously interviewed six other companies and gasped at the ridiculousness of their estimates. We knew we were being taken advantage of and knew they were cutting corners with the materials they wanted to use. When John came to access our porch and give us his estimate, his Build/Improvement Proposal, we knew he was being extremely fair in his pricing and knew of the quality of the materials he guaranteed us he would use. We were grateful we had interviewed and received six other proposals because now we knew Johnâ s was fair and honest. We hired him on the spot and gave a deposit to secure the contract. John promised us a starting date but knew our porch was in dire need of restoration and he knew our apprehension in getting the porch done as soon as possible so he graciously agreed to start our job a week ahead of schedule. He helped us pick out the right color for our flooring which basically set the tone of the entire porch. We discussed all different options for the columns and railings, John always offering the best way to go about it to make it look the most beautiful. On a daily basis he would keep us informed as to what was going to be done that day and the next, He and his entire team are skilled craftsmen, artisans and meticulous with every aspect of woodworking and painting. They worked from 8 am till 5 pm completely cleaning up after each day. They were super friendly, extremely kind, fun to get to know and very proud as they should be of their work. If something wasnâ t â just rightâ which was very rare, we were reassured it would be made perfect and it was. We now have an absolutely beautiful front porch. John did not cut corners as the other builders had proposed and it shows. Itâ s all the little meticulous touches John and the team did that makes our front porch the envy of all our neighbors. The end result is even more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. We wish we had more projects right now so that we could hire John Millett again.
