"Outstanding job taking down existing fence and installing the new one in February. But, within two months after installation (April), I have counted 22 boards that have either split and/or twisted/warped, thus far! So buyer beware: THERE'S NO WARRANTY IF THE WOOD SPLITS, TWISTS OR WARPS. Lastly, here is some sage advice: avoid the heartburn and, most importantly, save your money. DO NOT PURCHASE A WOODEN FENCE!!!"

"This company was professional from the start. Our sales rep, Wayne, communicated in a very understandable and informative manner, offered pertinent and productive advise and true delivery and installation dates. Phase 1 of our project went so well that we decided to expedite Phase 2 fencing. Phase 2 needed a little "tweaking" and management immediately and professionally addressed and remedied. This is an extremely professional fence company with high quality products. Installation dates were communicated from the beginning and delivered exactly as promised. The installers were hard-working professional people. Fencescape is interested in customer satisfaction at all times. I have already and will continue to refer them to others. Can't say enough!"
