My work schedule is hectic but they worked with my schedule and had it installed on my day off. I did not see very many reviews for this company but please dont let that deter you from using them. "They were alright.  They were just really quick.  They ran around the house and looked at all the toilets, faucets and water fixtures.  They gave me a brief explanation of what they say as potential issues.  They tried to sell more service or product.  They ended selling us a garbage disposal unit.  It was expensive and the labor was as well.  I paid another $500 on top of the Big Deal to rebuild a toilet and install a new garbage disposal.  They just replaced the gasket on the toilet.  They replaced something on the water heater as well.  We had a few leaks after they left."

"They did a great job on that. My dad had a granite countertop in the bathroom. I think they put some type of equipment on top of it, and it faded the granite in a couple of spots. I called immediately, and the owner sent the worker back out there. He just said he don't know how'd it happened because they covered it. They were like they didn't do anything to it. All I wanted them to do was just kind of like fix it or repolish it or something. So, it was a little spot very noticeable. My dad has a caregiver and even when she came the next day she noticed it. The two areas on the granite top were faded. They didn't try to fix it, they told me what I should do to try to fix it. The owner came back from vacation and called me and told me to put some type of car wash wax on it or something, but that didn't work. I thought the price was reasonable. The bathtub was excellent, but like I said they did do something that caused that spot on the granite top.They refinished the bathtub, but in the process, it seems like they damaged another part in the bathroom. It just seems like they put some equipment on top of that, like something that was hot or something that just kind of faded the gloss on the granite top. They were late getting out there that day. They said they had run behind on another job. They were hours late getting out there. They did a great job with the refinishing work, it was just some collateral damage, but they did a great job on that tub."

"He started working right after the contract was signed.  I was not expecting the work to start so soon but he started on the prep work. First he started in the hallway stripping the wallpaper and prepping the area to be painted. Next he applied blue tape to the areas to be painted in the dining room . He then helped to move small items from the Dining Room.  He covered the remaining furniture with plastic.  The next day  he scraped the popcorn from the ceiling mudded and applied the first coats of paint.  He would switch between working on the ceiling, to painting the hall, and painting the back stairway. By the end of the day the work on small hall and back stairway was complete.  The next day he finished painting the Dining Room ceiling.  He then started and finished painting the wood work and walls in the Dining Room.  He started and finished the door last.

"He was very professional and courteous. He was prompt, and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He examined what I needed done, and explained in good detail what it would take to get it done properly. I received about nine estimates in all for my project. Mr. Ray's pricing estimate was higher than several other companies who provided estimates for my project. As a result, I did not hire him to do the work. However, he did provide a no-cost estimate. Not all HVAC companies do that. He also explained to me the benefits of a zoned HVAC system, and left a very nice brochure showing the benefits of that. I may be looking into getting that done in the future."
