"On yesterday, Friday, March 14, 2025, I went online to ANGI to seek out a professional service to clear out our Trap and Septic System. I was given 3 recommendations and within 2 minutes I received a call from MSN SEWER AND DRAIN LLC. The gentleman on the line introduced himself as Sam and began to have an engaging conversation, which was so professional . Sam, began to clearly explain what would be required to completely fix our issues. HIS brother, Matt immediately came to our house. as I was in my office in Manhattan so my mom met and let Matt onto our property and home. Matt took photos of the issues and sent them to me. WE began to make plans for the work to begin to fix the issues at hand. On this morning, Saturday, March 15, Sam and Matt came to our house and began to move furniture, dryer, Washing machine and cleaning apparatuses to enter the wall and reach the septic pipelines to commence the highly skilled professional service, which was required to completely fix it"

"Very happy with prompt response and an excellent job. He had several different ways to clear a clog in an outdoor pipe coming from my gutters. Besides just the typical machines he had a high pressure device to break through the clog and a camera to confirm the clog was completely cleared. This last one was important as we thought the pipe might have been damaged by some landscaping I had done. Without the camera I would have had to dig up the pipe to find out. Went the extra mile to provide me with peace of mind that was not necessary but much appreciated. "
