They were courteous and on-time over several days. After many years the water in the basement problem has been resolved."

"The crew arrived on the planned date and worked diligently.  They were knowledgeable about the issues of an old house and knew exactly what they were doing.  They had to carry out the debris (concrete and dirt), and bring in the material and equipment by hand.  They were careful to partition off the part of the basement where they worked and keep dust and dirt from going out of the work area. The crew did a great job in making sure the work sites were cleaned up and everything was done right.  A truck had to come back 2 days later to finish up the river rock in the outside trench, as they had run out of material.  The yard, considering how difficult it was to dig the trench away from the house, was in very good shape.  There were tree roots ans shale that made things difficult and required  a jackhammer at times.
 It was a difficult and messy job that they did wonderfully, inside and outside. I have been very pleased with the work and there has been no problems with water or excessive dampness in the basement."

We removed some 50-60 year old foundation windows and replaced them with new ones, and they look great, function well, and are securely installed. I also got some good tips about future maintenance and things to watch for. I will be having them back to handle the opposite side of the foundation."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. "I was concerned about the cracks on two patios and a set of steps. Figuring I needed them lifted and resurfaced. Jim came out conducted a full inspection and told me the honest truth that I could spend the money to have them come in and do the work, but this really was something that was more suited for a DIY situation as long as I felt comfortable with some basic tools and abilities. If I got in over my head they would certainly come and fix everything but for the time being and the cost of materials, this was something I could handle. I can't express how refreshing it was to have someone honest come into my home and not treat me like an idiot and take advantage of a situation. HONEST!!!"

"It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "
