"Discovered Atlantic Gutters through Angi (formerly known as AngiesList). Had them quote removal of all gutters and put up new seamless gutters, including gutter guards and drip-edge and new downspouts. Needed about 20 feet of rotted fascia replaced also. I initially had an scheduled date for the work, but due to timing issues the company was quick to call and reschedule the appointment for work in a very reasonable time. All told the project cost ~$4000. I feel it was well worth it, shouldn't have to worry about gutters or any issues arising from them for 15 years or more! :D"

"My husband and I wanted to build a new 3 season porch to replace our deck that failed. We interviewed 3 companies to perform the work. We choose Durable Remodeling. Dean Willette discussed the project taking the time to understand what were the key aspects of the project. He then discussed the options that were available to so we were able to make informed decisions throughout the process. The quote was very competitive. Since the deck would cover the outside entrance to our basement a trapdoor needed to be built into the floor. The drawings our architect drew had a spot for the door but the design would have been too heavy to open. Dean designed the door so it was both structurally sound and functional. "Paulo and his crew were great. When I first reached out they were quick to respond and set up a time to come look at our house. Paulo gave great advice and was able to really help to manage the cost. Their estimate came back far lower than I expected and the work exceeded expectations. Paulo calculated the surface of the roof and was able to move 2 downspouts so they should more effectively help manage our "moisture in the basement" problem.  Communication was great.
