"Within the last several years, this is the 4th time we've had Action Appliance come out to service our appliance needs - once for our washer, once for our dryer, and twice for our oven. Each time - from scheduling to repair - they've been honest, pleasant, helpful, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also keep detailed records, which they review prior to performing any repairs, and they have never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't need. I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so."

"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"I contacted Dan to uninstall fridge, dishwasher and gas stove and install new fridge, dishwasher and gas stove. Dan was communicative and explained in detail the work he was doing. He and his nephew did a great job and did this work while we are having a heatwave!"

"Gave us an estimate for our repair."

"They did not call me back in time to be considered to do the work. It was a weekend and I did not hear back from them. Appliance Work of Boston did respond right away by phone. Although he could not come until Monday he did return my call right away."
