"I was very pleased with the carpentry work Kurt did in the wood siding of my house. He replaced a whole section of cedar siding and replace various rotting siding. He installed a frieze board and fixed some rotten siding on a dormer along with other various siding and window trims work The quality of work was excellent and very professional Good quality craftmanship and high work ethics coupled with good communication and very friendly. He provides good advise on what to do and always putting the customer first. "Claudio and his team did an AMAZING job with an expansive carpentry job that included demolishing 2 wall, adding support beams, installing sheetrock and trimming nearly an entire story of my home. Within 24 hours he provided me a very fair quote and started work the same week. We were working against a very tight timeline and I was blown away with how quickly, cleanly, and professionally his team worked. He communicated great throughout the job and offered a lot of great professional opinion, resulting in a very high quality product. I will absolutely be reaching out to C.U. Building Dreams for any future work."

"I highly recommend Alaris construction LLC. They were great to work with. Upfront fair pricing, did what they were hired for and when it needed to be done. Professional and thoughtful employees. I wish I had known about them sooner"

"Entire process exceeded my expectations from the initial contact I had with Alliance to the completion of the project. The proposal I received from Keith provided the level of detail I was looking for and he did a great job in going over the siding products Alliance offered to detailing all the necessary steps in the process. The installation process went very smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The crew led by Serg were extremely professional, knowledgeable and focused. I could not be happier with the work they did and Serg kept me updated on how the project was progressing and was quick to reach out to me with any questions he had on the proposed installation approach. Therefore, I would recommend Alliance for any home improvement needs that you may need addressed. Lastly, I was so satisfied with the siding installation Alliance did I am now having them replace the two entry doors to my garage. Thank you again Sergiy, Keith, Serg and the rest of the installation crew. CFP Sr."

"David Harris Painters did superb work at our home. Excellent repair carpentry and painting. They were highly professional and showed great craftsmanship and attention to detail.  They obviously wanted to do the best job possible, not just get the job done. We are very satisfied and would certainly use David Harris again.

"I met Wes on Angies list last year, so I'm a happy repeat customer, and I will call him again. This time I had some challenging upper kitchen cabenets that I started to do myself, and set up the first corner cabinet and said self, you'd better call Wes, (my 1920 house predates thstraight lines). They came out beautiful! Call Amy and Wes, you'll be happier than you expected to be.

"We contacted SPZ Construction and Remodeling for a minor repair on a window frame that had deteriorated. Sean came out, looked at the repair needed and came back and did the work. While many contractors would not bother with such a small carpentry project we were pleased that Sean took on the project and were pleased with his attention to detail."

"What a wonderful business. Very responsive. Showed up exactly when expected, completed the project quickly and accurately and left no trace after clean up. All with a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Zaman to anyone looking to have roofing work done."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."
