I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

We are pleased with the work he did and the level of service he provided! The weather did not allow him to finish the job to his satisfaction. So, he returned a few weeks later when the weather was forecast to be dry for the day to seal the cracks and cover them with sand. Not only was the end result aesthetically-pleasing, it is sealed now to protect from any water getting underneath the concrete slabs in the future. He and Landon were professional, thorough and efficient. Highly recommend!"

"Diego and Eber from Nprados Concrete LLC did an amazing job creating me a front porch. They are 2 of the hardest working men that you'll ever meet. It was a small job but made harder by the rocks and dirt they had to get rid of, and they did it with shovels. The cost was very reasonable and most of the work was completed in 2 very hot days. I have one minor problem with the retaining wall but they will be coming back to correct it. As of right now, I'm still very happy with the results. I'm giving them an A+ review. "They were great, the job actually ended up being bigger than the estimator found but Stephen made sure the job was done appropriately at no extra cost. The original estimate was everything could be done from outside to stop the leaking basement but Stephen wanted to investigate further because he thought the crack was going to need interior repair. That meant tearing out drywall! I wanted it right so allowed him to remove a small section of drywall and he found a lot of mold and some pooled water behind the wall. He removed all the mold, repaired the crack on the inside and dug a French drain on the outside. No leaking since. Very satisfied and highly recommend A Plus Waterproofing. Thanks guys."

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
