So, he returned a few weeks later when the weather was forecast to be dry for the day to seal the cracks and cover them with sand. That preventative measures need to be taken outside with my downspouts to keep water away from the foundation to prevent further erosion, thus further damage. "They were great, the job actually ended up being bigger than the estimator found but Stephen made sure the job was done appropriately at no extra cost. The original estimate was everything could be done from outside to stop the leaking basement but Stephen wanted to investigate further because he thought the crack was going to need interior repair. That meant tearing out drywall! I wanted it right so allowed him to remove a small section of drywall and he found a lot of mold and some pooled water behind the wall.
