"Updated Review November 2025: Upon my previous concerns, HGE escalated my project to Hunter, who took care of everything with great professionalism. Any issues were resolved and the work is as expected. I'm a much happier client now! Review October 2025: I previously had a great experience with HGE (see original review below), so much so that I recommended HGE to my boyfriend (at the time, we are now married). He also had a great experience, so when we were preparing to list my husbands home and found ourselves needing to replace a deck roof that started leaking and replace some trim, we went straight to HGE. This time has been a terrible experience. Our project manager was different and just horrible. The crews cancelled on him more than once, his communication was severely lacking, and the work was subpar, far below our previous experiences. Big disappointment. "We found Tri-Star's ad, and then checked with Angie's list to determine if this company would be appropriate.  The ratings were excellent so we went ahead.   Tri-Star came into my son's home to refinish his bathtub. Tom was the contact person.   The crew was
there for less time than we had anticipated.  At the end Tom went over all of the instructions on how to clean the bathtub, etc.  He was
refreshingly pleasant and polite.  I would recommend this company to everyone.
