He determined that the storage tank was waterlogged, which meant that the blatter was broken and that was allowing air into the system. With further inspection and knowing the history of my submersible water pump, it was probably time to replace that also while he was here. He gave me three different estimates for different projects. I chose the best fit for me. Bruno spent probably double the time he should have two replace the holding tank and submerge pump that it should have taken because the well was an odd size, but maybe typical back in the late 50s early 60s. "I'll start off by saying that I did not know about this company beforehand and have only been a resident of NJ for 2 years. Mike (the owner) and his team of repairmen are very professional and talented!!! Fixing/installing the hot water heater was the second time I called Mike this year! The first time was earlier in the summer when the air conditioner was broken during a heat wave! He came over almost immediately and kept was transparent about the repair and cost every step of the way! He was able to fix it the same day...just like the hot water heater! Unlike the AC, it couldn't be saved (it was 10 years old), but he and his men worked 4-5 hours straight purchasing a new hot water heater, draining the preexisting one and installing the new unit...and I live on the second floor in a building with no elevator! The cost was definitely the icing on the cake - I seriously challenge anyone to find a company that provides a higher quality of work, professionalism and attention to detail with the value that Tanous Heating and Air Conditioning provides. A great find and a keeper!"
