Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. "During a day when everyone in Pittsburgh was having a leak, they were the only ones to call me back. They came that afternoon to stop the leak and rip out the small area of dry wall. They replaced the part of the roof that needed to be fixed within a week and also repaired the affected area inside the house within a week. I had to call them a few times to remind them to come back to finish the work, but the owner was very sick, so he had a good reason. The job was reasonably priced and they did an A+ job. Highly recommend.
