"The company sent 3 polite young men to repair our leaking cracks in our basement wall. Ian, Allen, and Drake were wonderful. After repair they cleaned and swept the entire work area. They asked us several times if we were pleased. These three were monitored throughout the job by our lovely little Peanut. He watched then intently and they did not mind one bit."

"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."
