After repeated phone calls, promised dates, not showing up, and finally being over an hour late for an agreed upon time (after I called their manager and complained again). The windows are being replaced. I hate giving harsh reviews but most people can't wait a month to get windows replaced! I simply cannot offer any level or recommendation for Big River Glass!
