"I have an old LG front loader wash machine. It has run well over the years. I developed a leak the other day. I wanted to see if this could be repaired before I replace it. I called Arnie's. Gwen was great to talk to, and we found an opening same day to inspect and troubleshoot my unit. Kevin came out and quickly found a bad cold water valve. We ordered parts and within a couple days, I was back in business. The service was excellent from start to finish. I would use Arnies again. It is nice to have a good reliable repair company available instead of having to replace entire units with only minor issues. This is really good work. Thanks Arnie !! "Art was very responsive to my phone calls regarding a broken refrigerator freezer and offered helpful suggestions for me to self-diagnose and fix the problem myself. Unfortunately, those self-help efforts failed and required a service call. He was on-time and diagnosed the problem as two broken fans. I placed a deposit for the repair and he ordered the parts. It took about 4 days for him to return for the repair. This was longer than what I had expected and freezer items continued to thaw. He retuned and completed the repairs which included repairing a clogged drain line as well as replacing the fans. Total cost of repairs was $335. However, 3 weeks later the the refrigerator started making noise again and completely broke - this time with no cooling in either the refrigerator or freezer section. I decided to replace the unit rather than attempt another repair."

Called many times, emailed, and left voice mail messages on their cell and with their answering service. All messages and calls went unanswered, not even courtesy of a response. So unprofessional! We had multiple companies come out who were pressuring us to repipe which would have been very costly and Josh told us he could fix the leak first and see how that helped us. "HOMEOWNERS BEWARE … I contacted this company to service an older air conditioner for a home I just purchased. In less than 10 minutes, I was informed the unit had a leak and was so old, that the cost of freon was over $1,000 as freon for older units was no longer made, and the cost of repair to the unit would be over $4,000. At the same time, I was informed the unit violated the county code as the unit was sitting on dirt instead of the required cement block so it would be sitting above ground level. Three times, the technician a/k/a “salesman” told me the cost of my monthly electric bill would be over $350 for a 1400 sq ft home. Immediately, the requested service turned into a sales pitch, and by the end of the visit, I was given a quote for $8,900 to replace the entire unit. Then, emailed me a quote with approved financing (something I never applied for) for three years, and all I had to do was “accept” the emailed quote” while the salesman waited. Thankfully, I decided to obtain a second quote, and for $280 I had the unit cleaned, serviced, and confirmed the unit was ONLY how of freon, and once cleaned, the unit can be seen sitting above ground on a cement block."

"I called for dryer repair service as my dryer over heats and blows the fuse. The repair man said my vent is clogged and that is why is over heats. I told him I just cleaned it myself but he didn't have any other explanation. Even though I didn't think this was the problem, I hired another company to clean the dryer vent which cost me $95. This company told me the dryer vent was clean. Basically I paid $70 for Reliable Appliance Repair to come and tell me wrong information which ended up costing me more money spent on another company for no reason. If you can't diagnose my problem correctly I would expect some money back for the service call right?"
