"The work was done in one day, but we have found many areas where the work was not done with great care.  He did point out that they trimmed a little too much around outlets.  Not a huge deal.  We have also found an area on a wall where the paneling actually overlaps another piece slightly and we can't push it down.  The drywall has some pretty big gaps where it was applied.  Very hard workers, just would have appreciated a little more precision. <br />"

Numerous "little things" that would have either taken us more time due to inexperience and "bigger things" that required more skill than we have and felt comfortable doing. Tasks included updating lighting in our living room and garage, installing two ceiling fans, some finishing work, general repairs here and there, and installing an motorized overhead bicycle rack in the garage. There might be more - I've lost track. I made him a "honey-do" list and he'd check the box off when he was done. Everything was completed wonderfully and very timely. He made some great suggestions for products to help us complete our projects and was able to supply these for us - which is included in the approximate cost of service we list. It took several days to get everything done, and frankly I'm working on another list - more stuff for him to help us with! He is a busy man, so it is sometimes difficult to connect - that is the reason for my "B" grade on responsiveness and punctuality. When he's there - he works and gets things done!"

I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

I appreciated that the owner of the company gave me "during" pictures so that I didn't have anything to worry about regarding the quality of the construction. I was able to see the condition of the planking already on the house as well as the complete coverage with new wood planking. I felt good about this major purchase the entire way through the process, which was quite an accomplishment since I had been putting it off for years."

"The guys were great very friendly and respectful of our home, we had a really hard time finding some one to help us do that job since it was such a small space but bill gave us a call right away and said he doesn't mind doing the small jobs at all and gave us a very fair price $850 for 286 SQ ft and they sealed all the spaces leaking air. now the house is a nice warm temperature ,the cold spots are gone, and and the heating bill has come down. great job would definitely hire them again in a heart beat."
