"I had an emergency. During a wind storm I heard a very loud "CRACK". After the storm I looked for downed branches , but instead found two 3-foot vertical cracks in the base of my 100 year old massive white pine tree. Concerned that more bad weather was coming, I went on this site and contacted 2 listings. I stated that I was concerned that the tree may come down and felt it was an emergency. Mr. Concha called me within 1 hour. We discussed the situation at length. I was so reassured that he is a highly trained Arborist. Although it was a Saturday afternoon, he agreed to come and inspect the tree before dark. As promised, he arrived at my house and spent time inspecting and explaining the tree's condition to me. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He spoke to me with professionalism and respect. (( I have had other service people to my home who have talked down to me or have been rude - always disappointing!)). We concluded that my gorgeous tree had to come down ASAP. Although it was a weekend, he agreed to come the next morning, on Sunday, at 8 a.m. to set up and begin the removal at 9 a.m. He and his three crew members were prompt, polite and professional at ALL times. I even requested that he mulch the branches for me to utilize in my organic yard/garden and he left me 6 yards of fragrant pine mulch. I will be working exclusively with Mr. Concha in the future to assess ALL of my 1/2 acre of trees to properly maintain and manage them!"
