"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. Overall, I am very happy we chose BDry.!"

"This review is for Master Services, Crawl Space and Foundation Repair in Knoxville, TN. phone # 8653453030 , [*** Link removed ***] . We had the pleasure of meeting Nick (Sales Inspector) and Brandon, Brandon, and Jacob (Installers). We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. They worked quickly, efficiently, and made sure to keep our home free of mess. Overall we are very happy we hired Master Services and recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair."

"It went well. He got the dead animal out of the crawl space in area that not many people would fit. He also took pictures of the crawl space and explained how the animal got in and completed measures to ensure no new animals could come in or return to the crawl space."

"AMERI-DRY  SENT OUT THEIR INSPECTOR CHAD TO EXPLAIN HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED AND THE PROCESS OF HOW IT WOULD BE INSTALLED. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE SYSTEM AND HOW IT OPERATED. THE DAY BEFORE AMERI-DRY WAS TO SHOW UP THEY CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHAT TIME THEY WOULD BE THERE TO START THE JOB.  THE PROCESS STARTED BY BARRY AND HIS CREW  REMOVING 12 INCH OF MY FLOOR AROUND THE 3 LEAKING WALLS. THE CREW THAN  DUG DOWN BESIDE THE FOOTER OF MY HOME AND INSTALL THE DRAIN SYSTEM.  THE SYSTEM WAS TIED INTO A SUMP PUMP BASIN. BARRY THAN INSTALLED A SUMP PUMP IN THE BASIN. THEY THAN INSTALL A WALL BOARD AROUND THE THREE WALLS AND RE-CONCRETE THE FLOOR.  THEY HALLED AWAY ALL DEBRIS AND CLEAN UP ALL OF THEIR MESS AND SOME OF THE MESS THAT WAS NOT THEIRS. WHEN THEY WERE ALL DONE BARRY WALKED ME THOUGH AND WENT OVER HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED AGAIN AND THE WARRANTY(WHICH WAS GREAT). I HAVE NOW INSTALLED A DEN AND BATHROOM IN A AREA THAT I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE USELESS TILL I MET AMERI-DRY"

"I could not recommend Seiber Restoration more. My home was built in 1899, and the foundation had definitely seen better days. With floors that felt like they moved with the wind, we needed something done that was a permanent solution to stabilizing the foundation. The team at Seiber Restoration was timely, professional, efficient, and clear about the project scope. Our project was completed in a shorter time frame than I was quoted, all while maintaining project integrity and not cutting corners. I doubt I will need any foundation work again because of their quality of work, but if I need any of their services again, they will be my first and only call."

"Scheduling lead time long, but once here did an excellent job. Fixed lint problem due to leaking vent tube and cleared lint buildup in roof vent for dryer. Clothes dry much more completely and quickly now!

I moved to 10 years ago with my family and I’m in the process of building a house and I’m a very good worker , and I work hard and I’m a Christian guy. I’m just trying to make ends meet and I love the hunting fish and hike and I love being outside.
