"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

"My family had the pleasure of contracting John and his crew to remodel our kitchen. We live in a nearly century-old house that was not properly cared for by the previous owner, and our original kitchen showed it. John helped us plan out a full remodel with new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, flooring, and ceiling (the latter two were originally slanted and uneven). He was communicative and thorough during the planning phase and his crew was always on time, professional, and thorough during the actual construction work. "We hired Ernest and Sons to construct our patio tiles. We purchased 2' X 2' Tiles and I have to say they did a gorgeous job. I was so pleased with the way they showed up when they said they would. The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also. "Frank and his team did excellent work of tearing down an old cedar deck and building a Trex deck. Did a great job of guiding me thru the process of choosing the color schematic of the deck, and options for railing. Due to Covid-19 not all material was available at the same time, Frank was always in contact to let me know the status of material being available so the job could move forward. Easy going and always available to answer any questions you may have about your project. Makes sure you are 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!"

"Lionel arrived on time and did an estimate for our project.  I was confident that he knew his stuff and could deliver on the job.  He was very punctual in providing us a verbal estimate then followed it up with a written estimate, which was very appreciated.  In the end, we wound up using someone who was lower priced because we had a lot of items on our wish list and we accepted more risk to our project with the hope that we would be able to get more done in this phase of our remodel.
I would definitely recommend bringing in this company to do an estimate.  For future work I would definitely want to bring them in.
