"Gene and his crew did a beautiful job on our new bathroom. They were there every morning on time, responsive to questions via text or email, and kept us aware of their progress as well as what was to come next. The demolition itself knocked a few nails through the walls adjacent to the bathroom but Gene happily fixed it himself. "I'm not sure. We didn't have enough snowfall this season...BUT I have a sense that it was another provider (handyman who works for the BUILDER) who found the leak. Sadly, the roof leak only occurs when it snows a lot and then melts...and it didn't do that so far this season."

"It went well. Was $1,750 for taking out the insulation and putting the blown-in cellulose insulation in. They were quick and it only took them about 2 hours. The workers didn't know that the present insulation was to be taken out. It wasn't on the contract, but the salesperson should have communicated that to the workers. Once I explained that that is what the salesperson said would happen, they were OK with doing it. The company owner did not show up on the day of the project. Other than those 2 things, I think they did a good job."

"Joey Jacinto was prompt, courteous, and happy to share his extensive knowledge. With his infrared camera we could see where the major loss of heat was occurring. Much to our surprise, our walls turned out to be insulated and the attic insulation was adequate. Our main problem was the old wooden windows which we are planning to replace, and one or two small house extensions that needed ceiling installation. Joey made lots of wallet-friendly suggestions throughout his tour of the house that respected our old home's charm, and we could tell that he really knew housing thoroughly."

"Painters were excellent. Really cared about the work that they did (actually re-spackled and re-painted a wall because it did not look smooth when sun reflected on it). Professional - arrived on-time; no "goofing off"; cleaned up each evening. I did get a couple of other estimates that were a bit lower, but others did not get good reviews. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend iPaint and Contract."
