"Just did a absolutely fantastic job. Had hail damage to our screened porch and a few window screens. Recommended a more durable type screen for the porch. Went with that and we are so happy with it. Our house is on a fall away lot, so porch is a story off the ground. Have bushes on one side as well. Was amazed at how he tackled it all and got the job done. One panel came loose and got bent on one of the very stormy night, some weeks later. He came back out and replaced it all. Was a complete pleasure to talk to and won't hesitate to call him again. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
