In a matter of minutes I had a total price in writing and an appointment for first thing the next day. The two gentleman were early on Thursday and went to work. They worked through the day in replacing and rerouting my entire water line, explaining the steps they would follow. After 8 hours they finished up this major undertaking. I couldn't ask for better or more prompt service. Thanks for giving me peace of mind again."

"Sometime in November 2013, unbeknownst to me, a water pipe leak occurred under the foundation of my house. It was only brought to my attention when I got a huge sewer and water bill totaling almost $1000 in late December. I called Greenwell Plumbing and they came out within a few days to look at the problem. They apologized for me having to wait a few days, but this was when this area was experiencing very cold temperatures and pipes were freezing and bursting and the plumbing companies were swamped with people calling about flooding homes. I understood this completely. When they came to the house they spent quite some time trying to locate the leak and finally suggested that I call the American Leak Detection Company.which I did. For anyone who has an underground (under the foundation) leak, this company is a Godsend. This company came the very next day and Greenwell was here to meet them. Within 20 minutes of being in the house, the leak detection company had located the leak in the kitchen. Greenwell immediately started jack hammering through the ceramic tile floor and into the foundation. We soon heard the gushing of the water from the leak. This was quite a large leak as my December water bill had said that I had used over 50,000 gallons of water in one month!!! After fixing the leak by replacing the pipe, and then pouring concrete into the hole to fill it up, they cleaned up the mess and left. Throughout the entire process they answered any questions I had and apologized for having to mess up my kitchen floor, which I had just had installed a few months before. The plumbers were friendly, polite and professional. I have recommended them to several people and would call them again with any future problems.

He was able to come back same day and complete the repair. I received a text msg when he was in route. Dean, was my tech and he was very polite and completed the job in a timely manner. I paid over the phone with their office agent and she was also very sweet and polite. "Jon came out and fixed a light in my garage that was quite high and required a tall man with a long ladder. He did a fine job with that. The rest of the hour he came out, we walked around the house discussing projects that I wanted to do or jobs needing done. Jon speaks incredibly rapidly and says 'you can do this, you can do this' and then he scribbles it all down on the paper I'd already signed. I finally interrupted him and asked if he knew he was speaking so fast I couldn't understand. The moment the hour was up he said 'i gotta go' and ran out the door. I don't feel like I got a nice explanation of what work was recommended, I was rushed, and a very uncomfortable feeling about working with someone who acts this quickly without my input and shotguns out the door. They are fine, the work they completed was good & they seemed very knowledgeable, but I just don't work well with this kind of report."

"They refused to pay for it saying that I should seek retribution from the maker. They said that the air conditioner had a 60 day warranty ( that I never received ). The refused to replace the air conditioner . I am under contract for a year. But will probably not renew. In the Past AHS used to be very good . I have been with them for thirty years. Recently they have many loopholes so that they are not responsible for replacing items. I had a similar issue with a water heater. They had previously installed it years ago but refused to replace it because they said it was improperly installed. They were the one who installed it. They stated that code had changed. The repair person that the code had been in place when they installed it."
