"Cold air blowing through closed windows in the winter may be a sign that it is time to replace old windows. We found Zen Windows after getting a quote from another company who gave us a 2-hour sales pitch. We were almost sold but wanted to be sure it was a good deal. All of my research kept pointing to great reviews about the quality of Zen Windows. Their [*** Link removed ***] site caught me off guard. No sales people…5-minute quote…No deposit… What?! Yep. All true. I already had the window counts and measurements, so sure, I requested a free quote to make sure that we were getting a good deal from the other place that was giving us "free" installation. Imagine my surprise when Zen’s price including installation was lower. No pressure. No add-ons. Bill came out to do the real measurements (so glad he didn’t trust mine!) and then Dan ordered our windows. The crew arrived on time and were able to replace every window in our house and the sliding glass door in less than 2 days. They even washed every window and cleaned up and hauled away the debris from removing the old windows. The house is so much cooler this summer, so we’re looking forward to reduced energy costs this winter, too. Our new windows look great and are easy to clean from the inside. The new sliding door has a security latch and a key. Dan made the process so easy. We are very pleased with the Zen Window experience, quality, and price. Highly recommend."

"Very professional salesman and polite efficient one man installer, the only reason I did not give an A on price is because no Angie's list discount was offered. I don't know if it was automatic but I suggest asking for one. Clean fast work, and payment not required until job completed. Keeps noise out near air conditioner, beautiful look inside and out. Can not see into basement even with lights on and the window vented screened area open much wider than expected. Dryer vent easy to install myself as we had to wait 24 hours to reinstall. Makes the whole basement look updated and finished. My cost was for 3 windows with screened openings, 1 with dryer vent and 2 window without extra details. My old windows were poorly sealed and allowed moisture to get into basement area and cause cracking to mortar around cement blocks, this will definitely help stop that along with the security and beauty of the look."

"Contacted Steve who promptly got us on his schedule to come out and view the area of the house. After spending an hour with us in order to better understand what we wanted, he told us he would get bck with us within 1-2 weeks with a few drawings. Within a week, he visited us again, showing us 5 variations for us to consider. His creativity and work was exactly what we were looking for! We visited his worksite before he was to send the railings to the powder coater to make sure we were happy with the pieces. Then he returned to install and it fit perfectly!  We have more work in the future and would not hesitate to call Steve once again!

"It went great.  Scheduling was via e-mail and it was a little cumbersome, then there was a delay with the crew and team came 1hr or so late.  I contacted April and she responded and explained the delay. She was here came two other members of her team, and everything went quite well.

"Greystone Interiors provided outstanding service with awesome results for this remodel.  From the initial contact, design guidance given, and planning, Pat Jewell, was there.  The demolition of the existing bathroom was done quickly and with minimum interruption to our daily living. All the steps in the construction were planned and executed so there would be no waiting on materials, etc.  Dale Jewell even designed special cabinets to house our electric toothbrushes.  (An important feature to me.)  Frequent visits by both Pat and Dale were made to ensure that the remodel stayed on track and we were happy with the progress being made. The whole project was beyond our expectations......Oh, and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away each day.  Greystone has already started the second bathroom!!!
