They not only were able to schedule our installation within a week of contacting them, they also did an outstanding job of carefully removing and replacing 11 light fixtures inside and outside of our home. One installation was a pendant over the stairs, requiring the right type of ladder to ensure safety while installing. On time, very careful, professional installation. And took the time to do a careful cleanup of all areas, including vacuuming up the bits of Styrofoam and cardboard from the new fixture packing materials. Thank you! BTW, the price was in concert with two other estimates I received, so not overpriced."

"Dependable is their name and it speaks volumes. They were here the very next day for my toilet valve leak after waiting a week for my home warranty company to reschedule another technician. Dependable sent Taylor, who jumped out of his truck with an immediate smile. He was absolutely personable, respectful and professional. Immediately put me at ease. He evaluated my needs and gave me repair/replacement options for my immediate situation to get me through the night and we'll do the main fix in the next day or 2. With 3 bathrooms, I've put off for too long, other repairs or replacements that we will tackle next. He, again, gave me options to consider and timeframes to get these jobs done and working again. It's very easy to close off extra bathrooms and not use them for awhile when something breaks or doesn't work quite right. I may have to update this review after we complete everything, but most likely, it'll be to my liking. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
