"ABC Heating & Cooling does it again!...We spent the 1st summer in our newly renovated home miserable fron the great! So we decided before summer of 2020 rolls around we'd have seen air conditioning unit installed. Well it was a no brainer for us to reach out to ABC once again, since they had done such a great drop undertaking a heater in our rental property. Once again they came through and delivered great, professional service! They were on time, respectful of our home and patient while explaining how to use the unit. "Last week my ac started to stop blowing cold air, condenser is not turning on etc... to make the matter worst it was 106 degrees! I was as annoyed as I can be but can’t blame it to other companies none of them can come and help me! Some even dint bother to reply or call me back! Gladly I ask one of my friends and hvac utor services was their go to when it comes to their hvac needs! So I called, hoping someone answers, and luckily she did! Rachel I gues her name,? I was so positive and little hopeful that they can come the next day or whatever! To my surprise Diego the hvac guy can come tonight! 7pm and he was on point! 7pm at my door! looking very professional and knowledgeable, I escorted him to my unit and as quick as 10 minutes he gave his diagnostic, it was just an electrical issue and some adding gas freon! He fix it right away! And boy! I dint care how much he charge me I just need my ac!? but the good part is!? He dint charge me that much! I was expecting triple than that! Diego please don’t go after me next Time?. I did this review so I can tell others reading this that this is a serious company and they will always return your call or text when you need something from them. I’m glad I found them and tried themAnd will continue to have business w them . I like working with hard working people like them , local and honest."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The services were excellent - thorough, careful and complete. Arrived on time, and walked through the house to be certain that all vents were located. In addition, noted an issue in the basement where the vents originate and suggested a solution. Very, very pleased with this service and recommend Oren without reservation."

"I always have my doubts about what I will get for $39, so went into this deal with low expectations. I have a two story house with basement. The Green Apple crew arrived on time, with a text reminder 1 hour ahead. That always helps. Make sure you know where all your vents are, and that they are accessible (move beds and furniture if they cover a vent, that gives the crew more time to do their job). Tony explained the difference between cleaning the vents, and a deep cleaning of the ductwork. After confirming that I had not had the ducts cleaned in the 20 years I have lived here with 2 dogs, Tony walked through the entire house and took photos inside the ducts. How embarrassing! It was obvious I needed the deep cleaning service (what was that lump in there? We needed to find out). Deep cleaning is more expensive, but when you see how much work it takes for Tony and his energetic assistant, Julian, to really get into and clean the ductwork, you will understand why. They worked steadily for over 2 1/2 hours, and had all the correct equipment to do a very thorough job. They even cut into and repaired the original 1929 ductwork to get at difficult spots without extra charges. Overall, a great job, and today was the first time in months I didn't wake up sneezing. If you are sensitive to chemicals or fragrances, be sure to check the disinfectant before it is used, though there is no hint of it after 24 hours, it has a strong smell when first applied. Again, you only need deep cleaning once every 5 years, so it is worth the .15 cents a day to breath easier. Thanks again to Tony and Julian for a job well done. Pay Tony, tip Julian! (The disgusting lump was a towel I had never owned. That made it worth the price right there.)"

"They came out a day after I called them and they have been fabulous. They have been on time, the technician is knowledgeable and informative. They are tidy and they are wonderful. They informed me of the time that they would be arriving and they arrived within the time window which was only half an hour of window so that was very nice. The technician walked me through what he was doing, what went wrong with the Air conditioner, what potentially could be wrong and costly, and what would be relatively minor repair and it turned out to be what I needed that I had a cool and slow week. And he had to come back on a different day after the Air conditioner had been off for a while that he could locate the leak in the attic. That can currently take up to 4 hours just to locate but he located it within an hour and he welded it closed, and now he is checking so that it is all working and it's all functioning properly. He couldn't be more courteous, helpful and friendly. I don't know much about Air conditioning, he explains so much to me and I really felt confident that I wasn't being taken advantage of."
