"Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. Before the snow would fall off my roof like an avalanche and it wasnt safe. It was a breeze hiring them and they were no nonsense. I have been dealing with two companies recently that I would not hire again. I am appalled how some companies make excuses and blame others. I was SO happy Kanga Roofs installation and transaction went as smooth as it did. Thank you! UPDATE: Hired them again October 2019 What a CRAP job. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."

"The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

"We chose SureGuard even though we had better quotes from other companies because we were sold on promise that work would be completed by their crews and supervised by their foreman daily. We loved the idea of hiring a local business that uses their own crews. It was obvious once work began that SureGuard was subcontracting work to other companies, and they did not send their foreman with these crews. The paint crew arrived and didn’t seem to have a complete picture of the work to be performed. They were difficult to communicate with and we had questions about the quality of their workmanship. I ended up having to place calls with their office to address my concern. To SureGuards credit, they did send out someone the following morning and my concerns were addressed. The work did turn out ok in the end, however the process was stressful. Had we known they were going to sub out the work we would have gone with the other bids. I would consider them for roofing, which appears to be their core business."

Corey did his actual job he was hired to perform, and made my family and I believe he legitimately cared about the job he was performing. Corey inspected 3,400 sq.ft of a potential home I’d consider for purchase, head to toe, in a timely and accurate manner. Upon completion, Corey verbally went through his findings with my agent and I, describing and showing photos of every nook and cranny. I appreciate Coreys time and service and am extremely thankful for his professional expertise. "I submitted my project through Angie's List on a Thursday and requested quotes from CSR and two other providers. Ron was the first to respond, about about a half hour later. Although he offered to come out fairly immediately, the earliest my schedule would allow was the following Thursday so that was what we scheduled for his visit. He showed up promptly at the scheduled time with Dan. They evaluated the impacted area in the hall, as well as the attic since the mold had grown primarily along the perimeter of attic access door. They pointed out signs of poor ventilation in the attic, as well as evidence of weakened structure in the roof panels. To prevent recurrence of the mold, they recommended that these items be addressed. In terms of the immediate issue of the existing mold on the ceiling, they determined that the mold on the ceiling had not damaged the drywall itself so a professional cleaning and sealing would remove the mold. Re-painting the area (as well as the remaining hallway and trim, etc) was also recommended. I was comfortable with their recommendations, especially since I had been expecting that more extensive measures (e.g., drywall removal and repair) would be involved. I was relieved that the drywall had not been damaged by the mold. We scheduled the work to occur the following morning. Ron, his son (Anthony), and Dan showed up promptly as scheduled on Friday and began prepping the areas (taping the area for painting, setting up protective plastic, setting up ventilation fans). I was able to remain home, tucked away in my den, while they worked. The job was completed in about four hours, and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I was completely comfortable at all stages of my encounters with them. The work was done well and with minimal inconvenience to me. I also got a good sense that they wanted to do what needed to be done without inflating the project with unnecessary recommendations. In further testament to their integrity, Dan called me today as he noticed that the check I had written was for too much. He came back today to issue me the refund personally. I'm attaching "before and after" photos to illustrate what a fantastic job they did on making my hallway presentable again!"
