"This is the second time we’ve used Nick and his crew for flooring. Nick was very flexible from the start. My wife and I both work full time and we have young school aged kids so meeting with a contractor during regular business hours was nearly impossible to accomplish. On several occasions before we even officially began the project, Nick came over late after the kids were already in bed to discuss our plans and ideas for what we wanted done and to offer his opinions. We have always been impressed with Nick that he is not pushy or overly “salesy”, we definitely did not feel pressured to start the project until we were ready and convinced it was what we wanted to do. We had about 1,000 sq ft of flooring replaced this time around and it was very nice knowing that Nick and his crew were very conscious about the fact that we have young children and treated our house like their own and made sure there was nothing left that they could have injured themselves on. Heck, they even let our dog out and played with him a little bit each day because he’s not normally in his crate all day. The floors came out beautifully, we are so happy with the finished results. While it was not a cheap project, I believe the labor charged on top of the materials was very fair. Leonard arrived on time May 30 as scheduled. After inspecting the problem areas he determined that they could be corrected by resetting a GFCI outlet located in our basement storage area that had been hidden by a portable clothes closet. He offered to accept $50 for correcting the basement problem, $20 for replacing a damaged GFCI outlet in our garage, and refund our $349 Big Deal original purchase price. "I called Hansons to get our original windows replaced in our 1950's home.  All the wood was rotted on them and they were very drafty.  Hansons came out to give me an estimate the same day that I called them. The representative gave me an
estimate to replace 5 windows and a large picture window which I thought was very reasonable.  We also asked him to replace all the sills on the windows as they were in very bad shape as well.  A few weeks later our windows were in and they scheduled a crew to install them.  The office gave me a call about 45 minutes before the installation time asking if they
could install the next day as we had rain. I wasn?t too happy that we had to reschedule since I took the day off
work to be there but  very understandable due to the weather conditions they couldn?t install. The next day the guys
came to install, they were very courteous and they worked pretty much nonstop until the windows were in.  The gentleman from the crew that did the wood work was very methodical and didn't rush at all.  He made sure that everything was cut perfectly and installed right.  He did such great work that all the other trim around my house looks horrible in comparison.  The other gentleman did the outside work which looked great as well.  They worked very clean for such a messy job, my house was very clean after they were complete.  They took everything with them and I didn't have any material to deal with.  I am amazed with the quality of work and window I got for the price.  We have 3 more to replace and I am not going to hesitate to call Hansons again.
