She explained they would sent someone out to inspect home for any obvious mold issues and do an air quality test if nothing was evident. "The installer was scheduled to arrive at 9 am. At 9 am I received a call that he would be about 15 minutes late because of an accident on his route. This was very much appreciated. When he arrived he quickly proceeded to select the proper location for the installation and inspect and seal any cracks in the basement flooring. He was very efficient and completed the installation in about two hours. After giving an explanation of the system operation and instruction on the retesting of the radon levels. He departed for another installation. The retesting was completed and the results were a reduction in radon levels from a 4.9 level to a 0.8 level. Not only does this system reduce radon levels it also helps to reduce dampness in the basement which will reduce molds. I would highly recommend Radon Systems if you need a mitigation system. The initial test is easy to do and I recommend that everyone should have it done a radon can be dangerous to your health."

Of the three companies replying, Indoor Doctor was able to send a tech out the same day to perform inspections, testing and provide answers to my many questions. The tech was very professional, courteous, etc. Indoor Doctors provided an initial quote of $199 for the visit, which only covers the visit and inspection. They break down the separate fees for each test beyond the $199 inspection. There is a separate charge for each sample test. Mold test and allergen test from the same location are considered two tests and charged accordingly. Their pricing was competitive. Their ability to come out the same day was what sold us on Indoor Doctor. "
