"Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, & miraculously available just a day after my water heater failed. Explained why he'd recommended the particular water heater; was able to connect by phone via text & voice, as I needed it; had a couple of options depending on my budget. Made sure I understood everything patiently- not as if he was talking down to me, but recognizing he's the expert & I've never had to buy such an expensive & essential appliance before. (And I have to say, having a hot shower is nicer than it ever was before!) Had a paper receipt immediately ready, & was able to send a copy via phone or email, as worked for me."

"Nickolas was very professional. Exceeding expectations in all departments, politeness and his determination to fix my problems is exactly why I highly recommend this Company for any plumbing issues."

"Wicked Plumbing was very responsive in comparison to other plumbers I had called during a weekend emergency. Water was at the inch or so level in a three inch drip pan (with no overflow drain) for a leaking electric water heater. Nick was great to deal with and had the job completed in a short time period. Replace your water heater before this happens. It was a ten year old water heater (second floor condo). It could have been a disaster if someone wasn't around. Highly recommend!!"

"Our heater stopped working around 7 pm during the night, last Feb 2026. We had no heat for the whole night so it was really cold inside the house the next day. To our relief, Mark was able to come out the very next day in the morning. Mark checked and tested numerous devices on the furnace. He explained everything that he was doing while repairing the furnace. He was here for only an hour and got our heat going again. He's friendly and trustworthy. He is our Plumber and we call him for any problem. His rates are reasonable. We highly recommend him. We live in Brockton 02301."

"The plumber arrived in the allotted time frame which was terrific as we had a significant storm with trees down & power outage. He assessed the situation developed a plan and secured a water heater & replaced my old one. Very kindly alerted me to another issue that was going on in the basement. I would recommend Matt with out hesitation. Thank you for your seedy response.Katherine Kelliher"

"My water heater let go & RCL had someone at my house the same day to install a new one. Highly recommended!"

"I had called three plumbers and Stephen was the only plumber who responded back to me.  I called on the holiday and within 5 minutes he returned the call.  He came to my house the next day and looked at the situation, went out and priced the water heater and called me with the quotes.  He came the next day and installed the water heater and the two bathroom toilet flushing systems.  He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  He explained everything that he did and cleaned up the water that had leaked out.  I was so grateful that he called me back and came out to do the work.  I will definitely call him again with any other problems that I have and will tell my friends about this experience.  Thank you Stephen Almeida....

"Carl Tucci came out and wrote the proposal the afternoon we called in mid June 2014. We reviewed it and compared it to another vendors quote and signed a contract the next day. Work started within a week (even though it was cooling season). Work was completed by the time our summer company arrived 7/10/14. They had one delay getting the unit, but that was overcome (busy season). All work done professionally. Every crew member knew what they were doing and even the trainees kept busy assisting the others.
The house remained cool at the settings we selected. The unit appears large enough to handle the house and our cooling needs without struggling so I believe it was sized right.
We could not be more pleased.
