Andrew did a phenomenal job with repairing the brick on our chimney as well as the flute. We were so pleased with the overall job that we had them install a gas fireplace insert. Everyone involved were so professional and knowledgeable. Angie helped us along the way to pick out the product we were happy with. AJ came out and explained the entire process and supplied us with a very fair quote for the job, and our installers, Dan and Jacob, who did an unbelievable job installing our unit. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to cover all the areas they were working around and cleaned up along the way. They also were very knowledgeable about the unit and explained everything to us before leaving. I would definitely recommend Pratt for all of your chimney maintenance needs."

"Lindemann Chimney had sent Steve to our house to inspect and sweep the chimney. Steve started by visually inspecting the firebox and surrounding area. He then climbed up to the roof to inspect the exterior of the chimney. Finally, he inspected the interior of the flue. He stopped the inspection at this point to discuss the results with us. In short, the chimney is not safe for use for a few reasons. Steve clearly explained the issues he had discovered both interior and exterior. He did not perform the sweeping at this point since we all agreed that we would not use the fireplace until these issues were addressed/repaired. We continued to discuss other options. Overall, we had a great conversation and ended with a confident understanding of the issues and our options. I believe Steve went beyond our expectations for the following reasons: - Potential issues on our roof surrounding the chimney were pictured and discussed. Because of this we are going to have a roofer examine these issues. - The sweep was not performed, because the chimney is not safe to use. This reduced our cost to just an inspection. - While discussing alternative options, we became very excited about the idea of installing a wood stove insert. I highly recommend Lindemann for your fireplace and chimney needs."

"John was very polite had his crew out very quickly to give me a quote. Price was considerably lower than some of the other quotes. Once I made decision to go with John, his crew was out within 2 days to complete the job. Crew was courteous, professional and efficient. The work was completed in about 3 hours. My only concern about the quality is that the flashing tar goes up a third of the chimney on one side, and is clearly hiding some damaged bricks. I did call John about this, and he stated he would come out and review the work, which he did within a couple of days. He called me back and assured me the work was done properly and was structurally sound. He said to call him back if any problems develop in the future. Hopefully that will not need to occur. I have checked and not found any water seeping in to date , and sleep easier now knowing the work has been done."
