The worst issue was that they would not listen or follow my instructions- would proceed to do what they wanted to when they wanted to, resulting in lawn damage and major problems with the builders. The project manager would scream and curse at me. Therefore, he was not allowed on my property. Turns out he was doing the same with another one of their local customers.
