Patiently looked thru color choices with me explaining what worked best to match what already existed. Arrived on time for both cleaning and staining. Wish you could see the before and after. Beautiful, neat job on the rail, lattice and decks. All stain on the deck, no splatter at all. Clean up and the fact that he was as pleased as I, is the cherry on top. "M. Bland did a terrific job. Very responsive to emails, phone and texts and kept us up-to-date on permit, materials, weather delays. Showed up on day he indicated and worked until job was finished. Very conscientious with work, every day ended with him using power blower to clean up any sawdust or other materials. We would definitely recommend as the final install looks great and gates work well. All this after three years of trying to find a competent fence installer that would do what they said. "Ken, the owner and his brother Mark, did a great job. Both guys are very professional and clearly know and do their trade well. I got a quote from Ken in early March 2021. Ken was prompt and did a good job understanding the scope of work. Ken promptly answered questions I had and overall communication was excellent. After getting 4 quotes, I decided on Newcoat based on Angi reviews, a decent price and my subsequent interaction with Ken. The house was painted in early June (on schedule as I had other projects needing completion first.). Right away I knew I had made a good choice, as Ken's eye for detail and his desire to ensure I was happy with the work were evident. Ken replaced several trim / fascia boards at no additional cost and used only premium Sherwin Williams (Emerald) paint. The weather did not cooperate very well, but Ken did not rush to complete the job. Ken and Mark also patched some significant holes in my garage walls and did a great job making the garage look really nice. It's been a month since the work was completed, and we are extremely happy with the work. We would definitely use Newcoat for future paint projects!"

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."
