"My husband and I used DB Pipitone Company for some upgrades to our house when we moved in a couple of years ago for recessed lighting, new plugs, and an A/C installed outside. We are currently renovating our kitchen and asked again that he come out to move the plugs around, add a circuit for a garbage disposal, more recessed lighting, under cabinet lighting, and adding a couple of ceiling fans around the house. We have been very happy with their service, punctuality, professionalism, politeness, and cleanliness. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electrician at a good value! "Mr. Bush was very thorough and very knowledgeable. I have been having problems with my stereo equipment and my humidifier for years and he just came in and looked at it right away and fixed it. He gave me information on how to go forward and what to do to be safe with all these things. He gave me a lot of useful information and he was just very thorough, very efficient, very fast and very knowledgeable. His communication was excellent in communicating to me. I would recommend him to all my friends and I hope he will come back and help me in the future anytime if I have a problem. I would never call on anyone else."

"I hired this company because of the good reviews, but I had a terrible (and weird) experience. Here’s the short version: If you want to overpay for bad quality service and then have them actively duck your calls and avoid you when asked for accountability, Westborn Electric is the company for you. In February, I hired this company to complete the electrical work for a city inspection. The service was very expensive, but I hired them because of their guaranteed quality work. I’m an amenable customer, and really I just wanted the job done right. Among the work they completed, I had them replace the wired interconnected smoke alarms in the home, which they purchased and installed. Shortly after, the alarms began malfunctioning creating false alarms nearly every day (very disruptive and unsafe). When I called the company to have them come out to look at them given the guarantee of their work, they allegedly did so, but they never followed up to explain what issues they had found. I called this company over 10 times asking if someone could please call me back to understand if they had found an issue or what the next steps were. I never received a call back. The weirdest part is when the unhelpful receptionist would actually answer my calls, she would apologize profusely promise “I’ll have the electrician call you today.” This led to more confusion on my part as I expected every day they would call back, but they never would. I really would have preferred they told me they were unavailable for the job so I could stop wasting my time. Again, I called for almost two weeks straight, left many voicemails, and even spoke with the receptionist who promised someone would return my call. No call back. In totality, this was a VERY expensive project I hired them to do. On top of that, the fix was relatively simple, but they chose to duck my calls instead. A simple civil conversation would have been nice. The job was not done right and the company was unwilling to take responsibility in order to remediate the issue. Finally, I hired someone else to come fix the issue. The electrician I hired confirmed the smoke alarms they had sold me and installed were indeed defective. This company is definitely an “AVOID AT ALL COSTS” story I’ll be telling for a while."
