"Morgan Exteriors went above and beyond!! Their professionalism and expertise from the first initial call to Josh, on site estimate by Lou to the final measurements and all questions and concerns answered by the install Manager PJ. We had questionable weather and the two installers were running a little late. They arrived at 11:30 AM and had all seventeen windows installed by 4:45 PM! These two gentlemen were are very experienced and have many years under their belts and they are employed by Morgan Exteriors and have been for many years, it showed. That consistency, workmanship and professionalism completely convinced me of Morgan Exteriors warranty not just on the windows but the workmanship of the install. This took the fear of some of these other window installer businesses away completely. What I didn?t want is a company who installed a certain brand of window and that company hired inexperienced contractors not to be heard from again. The final project came out spectacular!!!!"

"We needed a skylight installed in our bathroom, and MMP did an excellent job--we are very happy with it! The team was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to get it done before it got dark, and the quality of their work was excellent. Matt was very friendly and nice to communicate with as well, and always responded right away. I highly recommend MMP Construction to anyone looking for great quality work and excellent customer service."

Customers say: Quick response

"Can't speak highly enough of Paul and Jay and the job they did for us. It started out as just adding windows to the screened in porch and some insulation and walls in the space underneath to adding a roof over the small sun room on the side of the house to stop the waterfall coming through! Paul was very quick to respond to messages and no changes ever phased him. A complete pro from start to finish. The people he recommended for the electrical were top-notch as well. We have just moved back to the States from overseas and have never lived in this area so he became our go to guy with questions on services in the area and he never led us astray! We have more projects that we will be doing in the future and he will be the one to do them. "

"Torin and his team did a wonderful job upgrading our original 1980s kitchen. He was flexible with its construction ‘quirks’ and helped me find materials within my budget. Kitchen remodel included cabinets countertops & lighting. Torin is detailed and thorough. He shows up on time, is clean and personable. Throughout the project, he took on smaller fixes including replacing my bathroom faucet, fixing the drafty front door & hiding the TV cable wires behind the wall. Overall very satisfied with his work. "

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. "Beautiful sunroom addition, worth the wait. Process was simple. Met with one of their designers, they helped us finalize our vision. They are great at updating you on the process of your sunroom construction and anything else that comes up. Their sunrooms are actual four season sunrooms, unlike other companies. It's not aluminum and cheap, it's custom made to fit our home, and has all the features we want. Took a bit longer than we expected, but it makes sense since they are booked months in advance. The result is worth the wait. They installed it in a day! We couldn't be any happier, highly recommend Brady to anyone looking to add a sunroom to their home!"

"This was an up and down project. It naturally took longer than expected due to the pandemic so I wont comment on things out of their control. Initial communication with Sean was great, but after we signed the contract and he got his down payment his communication mostly disappeared. Through the delays in the pandemic, his not communicating was disconcerting. But the biggest screw up from Sean was him telling us he would take care of the permit, only to discover at the last minute he never applied and then we would need a special permit. At this point Sean left us to fend for ourselves with the town boards, which having never done this was disturbing. Other companies will handle this for you so this is a huge negative from CMS. Naturally, with two armature home owners trying to work the system, the special permit was not granted and we had to make a huge shift in plan to fit a smaller plan in place, which added even more time to the project. Finally when the project was ready, Sean handed over the project to his manager Kevin. Kevin was fabulous through (see end comment though) and his construction team was great. Kevin's communication was great. The quality of the work done was top notch over all. The floor framing looks like it will last 100 years or more. I have some concerns about some side quality. Primary was as part of this project we had an old awning on the roof. CMS agreed (needed to) take the awning off and patch the roof. In the beginning I spoke to Kevin about using some extra roofing shingles I had in the shed to replace the ones with the holes. Kevin agreed to using these, but at the end of the project I had to ask them multiple times to fix the holes. They finally did but used the cheapest possible roofing paper to glue over the holes. I told him these would not last long and he just denied that and said they would last as long as the roof. Naturally, they all fell off during the first winter and I'll need to now pay a professional roofer big bucks to do the job right. I'm also very concerned about how they sealed the roof of the sunroom to the wall but time will tell on this one. The final straw for me is at the very end of the job we still had a small punch list of items but Kevin wanted final payments. I did express some concerns to him about paying final payment before the last items were done and he was open to me holding some back. But then I felt like he had been so good to work with to date that I would show a good faith in him and just pay up and I was sure he would follow up. Huge mistake. It took many months of me nagging him over and over and over before he finally sent a guy out to fix the most glaring construction piece. But there are still two items we had agreed they would take care of and now he just ignores my texts and it is clear they intend to never finish the job. So - lesson learned, no matter how nice you think they are, never pay the final installment until you are 100% satisfied with the end result. Hold back a minimum of $1,000, or more if the work value is more than that, as enough of an incentive for them to do their job."

"Working with Patio Enclosures was a negative experience that seemed to go on and on, from getting the permit to finished product 5 months later. And when I say "finished", I mean done, not finished as in a beautiful new screened porch. The workmanship was messy and unprofessional, leaving fingerprints all over the white siding, a rough metal edge, and a lock that doesn't work. They even left some of their materials in my driveway, so I had to throw in my trash."

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in New Boston, NH

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
