"Ray showed up on time with the part he was pretty sure was needed for the repair and not only successfully completed the repair but also, at no additional cost, took care of the source of the problem which was a leaking, not properly installed water valve which had leaked and shorted out the original part he replaced. He did a great job, explained everything and charged me a very fair, reasonable price for his services. I will definitely use Nuair again if I need any appliance repairs in the future. He unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in, found out it was in fact heating, and then checked out the entire system entirely and carefully, making sure to recheck everything twice.
