"I recently hired John to do a mold remediation DO NOT use John Kearns. He is a SCAM. I recently hired John to conduct mold remediation on a house a few months ago. He spent 3 days doing the remediation work and charged $3,000. 2 months later, the mold is back. The exact places where he initially treated the mold have now returned. I called and texted John several times and he REFUSES to come back to fix the mold issue. He clearly did not successfully removed the mold the first time, and now he wonâ t even come back to fix his initial mess. What a joke. Just spent $3,000 and now I have to hire another mold company to clear up Johnâ s mess. He is arrogant scam artist who cannot do his job. Had a tech out too as they continuously called me to schedule service making me believe had purchased an annual power wash. Guy came out said it was just a sales call so I sent him away. If I'd been informed while he was here that it I didn't act before a certain date I would be charged I would've been able to make a more educated decision."

Then he will condescend you and forbid you to make the simplest of improvements to your own home you're trying to sell. Even though they are the improvements that the buyer asked you to make. They should change the name of the company to "Boardman Home Invasion" as it seems more accurate to me. Anne Is amazing though, 10 stars for Anne's Management! How doe she do it? She's basically the Michael Jordan of managers."
