The distributor was blamed for being backed up on delivering our liner… then the installer promised to be done by Thursday so we could fill and put chemicals in Friday and it wasn’t done until Friday. So we made it by the skin of our teeth. Just didn’t appreciate the installer knowing the time line and promising it, then not standing by his word. It was weird. Liner is beautiful but there is a spot that is pulling and you can see a gap. I hope this won’t cause any future issues."

The company I had been using for years to service my pools were too busy and never returned my phone calls for an estimate to install a new pool safety cover.... I Googled pool service near me I called a few companies for estimates Jim he called me back right away showed up when he said he would to survey. I am pretty weird when I hire someone to do a job....I expect it to get done...which is something my previous pool guy failed to do.  Equinox went above and beyond, even telling me what chemicals to get on my own, which he didn't want to charge me for.
