A few weeks after the install we noticed one gate needed tweaking. They came the very next day and made the adjustment. "Overall I am quite pleased with the job Dennis and his men did.  It took a bit longer than expected (approx. eight working days versus four expected), but the delay was because the job ended up being more difficult (angled deck board placements) than anticipated, and the quoted price stayed the same.
Not all of Dennis' workers always seemed like they were sure what they were doing (had trouble with basic construction math on a couple of occasions), and it seemed he has trouble getting some to show up on time (although this could just be my perception...maybe they were at other jobs in the morning?), and that may have had something to do with the delay as well, but I'd rather the job be done right (it was) than fast.
The workers were always pleasant to talk with, kept the work area straight, cleaned up well after the job was done, and took extra time to make sure the deck was completed in the way that I wanted.  I will definitely be keeping GCS on my list of contractors to call when I need future work done.
