"Had a secondary sump pump installed. The sump pump has a 3-year warranty but provides in writing a 5-year warranty on parts and labor. Tells me he stands behind his work AND he installed a good sump pump. I will hire him again if the occasion arrived. Arrive at the agreed upon time.
