"Mark S. was very responsive. He reviewed our situation and provided an estimate via email rather quickly. The chimney wall tiles were gradually falling and causing drafting issues. We immediately felt comfortable in hiring Mark and scheduled the work after the holiday. Mark, Ben and Dan arrived promptly and were courteous. They protected the basement storage area from any dust or debris by putting up plastic sheeting and laying down tarp. When they were finished, the area was spotless. The cement patch work on the wall opening was done nicely too. The replacement connections to oil water heater and two oil furnaces looks great as well. It all went well and we were pleased to have hired Chimney Savers and Mark Schaub and his crew. His estimate was fair."

"We hired Lecla Home Improvements LLC for new roof, chimney cap, major water damaged bedroom repair ( ceiling , walls & carpet) and for replacement windows etc. Our home was badly damaged by the May 15th tornado to the roof, bedroom, kitchen and widows. We had other contractors bid for the job. When my wife & I met with Luis Clavijo, we felt he is the guy to do the job. Luis was punctual and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about his field of work and in explaining to us in detail of the scope of the work involved, above all he is very humble. Since we have to work with the Insurance company, Luis prepared a very detail breakdown of his estimate to submit to the insurance company and met with the adjuster at the house to go over the breakdown to agree on the final price. Not only he and his team were punctual, he also has great communication and sense of urgency by returning phone calls or e-mails promptly. His team captain Henry was at site all the time during the roof installation and bedroom repairs and for other jobs. Our roof has multiple steep areas with unusual roof architecture with multiple peaks, valleys and dorm. His team was very efficient and has done the job in 2 days and we are very pleased with the outcome. When I asked Luis for some other small jobs that need to be done at the house, not related to damage by tornado, he was very accommodative and instructed Henry to take care of it and Henry did a great job. He did such a nice job on the roof and bedroom etc, we decided to change additional windows at our house that were not part of the tornado damage, totaling the no of replacement windows to be 20. "It had been 25 years since I last replaced my roof. After doing some research I received five bids. Flying Colors was competitive. Chris came and walked on my roof, took pictures, and expressed concern regarding my chimney bricks. He also told me that I did not need to replace my gutters. I accepted the bid including roof replacement and chimney repair. On Friday, the mason came and replaced all the bricks from the roof-line up. The next day, Chris, Mario, and the crew came to do the roof. They took great care in protecting my landscaping, although a few flowers and bushes were affected, but not destroyed. The roof was completed in ONE DAY. I needed multiple sheets of plywood, but I knew the possibility ahead of time. Upon going up in the attic after completion, I noticed some detritus from the roof was scattered all over. I called Chris, and he came over a week later and personally swept out a garbage full of debris. Although I never interacted with Steve, his associates did a top-notch job. I highly recommend this company."

"I had previously paid another contractor for this service, as part of a larger job.  Unfortunately the waterproofing part of the job was delayed due to weather (water-proofing requires sufficiently warm temperatures, and a dry day).  Before the vendor could provide the service, he sold the business to Certified Chimney, an established local company.  As soon as I learned that Certified Chimney would be my new provider of services, I called their office and spoke with Kim.  Kim was very polite and helpful, and literally within an hour there was a crew at my home to verify that the chimney had not been previously waterproofed.  An appointment was setup promptly for the next dry/warm day, and a crew came out right on time to perform the service.  They took their time in carefully applying the product and ensured that all surfaces were properly treated.  Job well done."
