My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"The owner, Ben, answered the phone himself on my first call.  He came out promptly and at a convenient time to survey the problem.  He said the roof was in generally good condition, and pointed out the likely factors that caused the roof leak.  He told he how I could repair it myself, or he would do it at a reasonable cost.  I opted to have him do it.  The repair itself was a very small job, and he completed it within a couple weeks (which was fine -- this was not a time-sensitive issue).  I was impressed by Ben's responsiveness, timely communication, clear explanation, and prompt repair.  I would definitely use Ben for a larger job, and would recommend him to anyone needing roofing work.
