"The people were very courteous, and excellent with their work. The work required two days, and they were on time both days. The crew would clean up as the work progressed and kept in constant communication as to what was to happen next. The drywall repairs and wall repaint is so complete, you cannot tell anything had happened. The safety rails in both bathrooms are very secure, even with the ceramic tile walls. The eave trough repairs were through and complete. An excellent job by an excellent company, who we have used before. We have some more projects on the horizon and Jacob's Ladder will get them all."

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"Experience was awesome, start to finish.  Considering the amount of time and care he put into the work, the cost was a steal! <br /> I wanted a storm/screen door outside my front entry door which takes a severe beating from the southwest winds in the winter.  The storm/screen door would also serve as a secondary containment for my dogs in case the main front door was opened by mistake :-) <br /> Dave was very quick to respond to phone/email.  Helped me quickly narrow down storm/screen door options to best suit my needs.  Went with low-E glass to minimize heating of main door.  Dave took care of the entire process, ordered the door, picked it up when it arrived at the store, prepped the existing jamb (added structure to receive the storm/screen-door frame and painted it), installed, and tested the door.  Dave pays a lot of attention to detail and noticed minor flaws in the door frame that was delivered that I may not have noticed.  Got the frame exchanged quickly with minimum delay to the installation. <br /> While paint was drying, Dave inspected the exterior of the house and took care of several caulking/sealing tasks to prep the house for winter.  We also identified a few minor settling/crack issues that he will take care of in the spring.   <br /> Dave framed this house when it was originally built and watching him work is like watching an artist at work.  He fixed several minor and major boo-boos made by the expensive trim carpenter who had been hired by the builder.  Dave works efficiently, doesn't cut corners, and strives to provide an excellent value.  He is a straight-shooter, has a quirky sense of humor which I really appreciate, and gets along great with dogs (brings his own treats for them!).  I feel very comfortable trusting the care of my remodel/handyman needs to him and have referred him to several friends who have been equally thrilled with him (and still remain friends with me!)."
