"The process went great. We had researched many companies and are very happy we went with R&M . We had pipes break in our upstairs bathroom and it flooded everything, we didn't think our home would ever look the same. Now it even looks better then what it did before. The representative came out immediately. Within in 2 hours of the call they had a bunch of equipment here cleaning and drying out the mess. They helped us with dealing with our insurance, they even met with our adjuster to make sure everything was covered.
