Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. "I have had a persistent roof leak in my room in tricky location where there is a jut out and a roof line meets into the siding. There was an ant infestation and some rot. I had paid someone $300 a couple of years ago to fix the roof and it still had leaked. I had taken the time to get a couple of other estimates and went with Nanfito Roofing. Although more expensive, my decision was based on the fact that I received a thorough explanation from Joseph (the sales rep) of what repairs were needed which included replacing 4 ft of shingles, adding new snow and water barrier as well as adding new step flashing. Not wanting to have to do this repair again, and having already thrown money at the problem, convinced me that extra effort was needed in this case. Efforts were made to also match the existing shingles (fortunately, I had held on to the packaging when when had it done and the company that made the shingles was still in business) So far so good. Checked after a recent rain storm and the area looked dry."
