"Was in a bit of a pickle when my regular electrician, that I found on HomeAdvisor, was unable to work due to personal stuff. Found Benson Handyman aka Davante and Jeremiah when I went back on the HomeAdvisor app. They are very professional and direct in their communication. I was able to address my concerns, which were unfounded, early on. They acknowledged my concerns and explained how they intended to make sure things went smoothly. Every evening we did a walk through looking at the work completed and what the plans were for following day. There were no surprises and after seeing their work on day 1 I knew I was in good hands. Our house is an 85 yr old duplex, which we live in and love, and some areas were not feasible to access for outlets but they suggested modifications which worked out well....maybe better than what I thought I wanted. By the end of the job I knew we had a new electrician contact. We already have next job planned, in our unit, after the holidays. I haven t asked them about 2 other jobs I have in mind😊. Oh yeah, I was absolutely flabbergasted when they were able to start the work within a week or 2 of initial contact. They are incredibly hard workers, honest and forthcoming. Highly recommend."

"I had a problem with wiring in a light fixture from a fan/light combo. Long story short the outlet that was in direct connection to the light switch was shorted out and was causing a major issue. Josh was the first to reach out when I posted my issue on Angi. He came out the next day (was willing to come out that night but it was late and wasn't an emergency). Josh tested and addressed the issue, swapped out the shorted outlet which restored power in the dead rooms on that circuit, and wired in a dimmer switch for the light fixture. At a very reasonable price. I really can't say enough about Josh as a person. He is not only smart and good at what he does. He was punctual, respectful and carries himself very well. Josh is highly recommended."

"Had problems showing up on time. Had to put on vinyl siding but struggled to get it right. Had to repaint inside wall 3 times, had to re-mud twice. Tried really hard to do a good job and kept coming back until I was satisfied. Brought 3 year old son to the job (mother was present but would have gotten more done without having to watch him). Very pleasant and eager to please but not sure of their experience level."

The installation of the new panel was clean and professional looking. The team worked hard and got it done. Sometimes it would take a few days for a message to be returned.
