"Von Bullock came to the house, inspected our crawl space and provided an estimate for two jobs: first replacing old insulation batting between the floor supports with a moisture barrier and insulation that covered the ground under the house and extended up the foundation walls, and second to add foundation supports. He was very knowledgeable about the type of work to be done. Before our meeting he sent materials on the importance of the work to be done, then the meeting lasted three hours and he did his best to sell us what appeared to be more than we needed. For example, the moisture barrier he first mentioned was a certain thickness, but he was willing to give us a 'special' deal on a thinner barrier that was similar to what the competition was recommending. Another example, while we asked for estimates for the two jobs listed above, Regional Waterproofing was at the high end for both estimates, and some competitors that could do both jobs indicated that the foundation support may not be necessary. I thought Regional Waterproofing gave us a sales job rather than a professional estimate.

"We recently hired East Coast Crawspace solutions to handle a mold problem we discovered while trying to sell our home. My husband and I decide to sell our home and downsize after living there many years. "They showed up when they said they would and performed a rather nice transformation of a high moisture crawl space to one I no longer need to worry about. They installed new vapor barrier that unlike my old barrier actually covered the entire ground and was even cut around pillars, again unlike the old. They also installed a dehumidifier and rehung falling insulation batts, as well as sealed all the vents and along the foundation with foam. Finally it no longer smelly musty in the crawl space. Glad I did this before any wood damage had occurred, well worth the money. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and the job was done right, including gladly extending down a condensate drain next to the foundation that I had only mentioned after they showed up, as well as my nit pickiness with making sure the insulation batts were all perfect. Based on my communication with the project manager, Brian and the owner, I have no doubt they'd be back in a heart beat if I had any problems."

"They called me within two days of my purchase.  I had sent an email with the explanation of the work I needed to have done.  They didn't read the full email.  When we spoke on the phone I explained what I needed, and they said they wouldn't be able to do part of the job  efficiently.  There were two parts that I needed done.  I needed them to cut a whole in foundation of house, which they suggested I use a mason.  I also needed them to frame a door to get into crawl space.  They were professional and they got back to me quickly, they just weren't able to do the work, so I will have to hire another contractor."
