However, we can't complain about the work which was done in 2 visits (grout removal & re-grout on day 1 /grout sealing & caulking on day 2) . Nick P. was timely, efficient and explained the process and follow-up care. The grout removal was done by hand to minimize damage to existing tiles. He cleaned up the bath floor and surrounding areas so there was no grout debris from the process. The finished job looks great and the price seemed fair for the work done.
