"The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."

He was in contact with me and the subcontractors daily and the project was completed in a timely manner considering the large amount of work that was done. The crew was friendly and cooperative."

"Several years ago Re Bath did a tub surround for us and we loved it. There was nothing wrong with it. We are aging and decided it was time for a walk in shower so naturally we called the people we knew would do a good job. Cindy came out gave us a quote and offered many options. We booked that day. Installation was amazing. Frank and Devin went to work immediately, put things down to keep dust, dirt etc at a minimum and they worked well together. They answered our questions along the way. I can't say enough about working with this company. Megan kept us updated and checked to ensure our satisfaction. Great company and people to work with."

"Jason and his crew were excellent. They were always on time and courteous. They picked up the tile and other things that we had purchased and brought to our house. They rebuilt the wall and dry walled after demo of old shower and made sure everything was waterproof. The demo and job completion took about a week. When they were done, the clean up was nice. The shower and bathroom look great and the shower has always functioned properly. The glass door company and plumber he used were also great."
